This technical analysis is for those of you who want to understand what is actually happening in the water and how small adjustments can make a big difference on race day.

You send a video of your swim, which I analyze thoroughly, focusing on the most important fundamentals of triathlon swimming: body position, streamline, balance, arm timing, breathing, and efficient propulsion. The analysis is not about random exercises, but about understanding – why something works, and why something is holding you back.

You will receive:

• Clear explanations of your greatest improvement potential

• Specific focus areas that you can work on further in the training

• Feedback tailored to your level and your Ironman goals
