About IRONSWIM
About me
My name is Jannik, and I work with swimming because I love to nerd out details and create development.
I'm the type of person who doesn't just give a program and say "swim." I want to understand why something works and how we get the most out of every meter in the water.
I work in a structured, simple and purposeful manner. I believe that good technique and clear frameworks beat random volume every time.
IRONSWIM is my project because I see how many triathletes struggle with swimming without really knowing what to focus on. I want to change that.
My goal is to give you a clear system so you know what you are doing – and why.
Why you should choose IRONSWIM
I am the head coach at Svøm Slagelse Korsør and work daily with competitive swimmers at the national level.
My swimmers have achieved, among other things:
- 7 Danish Championship gold medals
- 6 Danish Championship Silver Medals
- 10 Danish Championships bronze medals
- Danish record at international championship
- Repeated top placements at major national events
I have several degrees as a swim coach, technique and physical training, and I use the same principles in IRONSWIM that I use in club training:
