Personal training plan – tailored to you

This personal training plan is for those of you who want structure, direction and meaning in your swimming training towards Ironman or half Ironman.

The plan is created based on your level, experience, goals and daily routine. It takes into account training volume, intensity, technique focus and progression, so you train smarter – not just more. Each week has a clear purpose, so you always know why you are doing that particular training.

The goal is to give you peace of mind and quality training , so that you meet the starting line prepared, confident and ready to perform.

In order for me to create your personal training plan, you must fill in the following information at checkout:

In the "Special Instructions" box at checkout, please write:

1. Your current level: Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced / Competition
2. Your goals: What do you want to achieve? (e.g. "Improve crawl technique", "Increase endurance for triathlon", "Become faster in the 100m freestyle")
3. Possible limitations: Damages, time limits or anything else I need to know
4. Timed: How long your training plan should be over.
5. Strength training: Do you strength train, if so - How many times?
6. Weekly training: How many times will you train per week?
   

If you DO NOT fill out this information, I cannot create a personalized plan for you and you will receive a standard training plan instead.
